Registration Deadline: Once the maximum capacity is reached, no further registrations will be accepted.
Confirmation: Participants will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration.
Waitlist: If the maximum capacity is reached, additional registrants will be placed on a waitlist and notified if spots become available.

Cancellation: If the event is canceled, all attendees will receive a full refund.
Postponement: If the event is postponed, tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. If attendees cannot attend the rescheduled date, they may request a full refund within 14 days of the announcement of the new date

1. General Refund Conditions

Full Refund: Participants are eligible for a full refund if a refund request is made at least 30 days before the event date.

Partial Refund: A 50% refund is available for requests made between 29 to 14 days before the event.

No Refund: Refund requests made less than 14 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Method of Refund Request

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to Team@collegetalentrecruit.com

The email should include the participant's full name, and reason for the refund request.
